Qualitee 360 is a Patient Safety Organization (PSO).  We are a Healthcare Data Analytics and Informatics Consulting firm. We offer specialized skills, technology platforms and services to surgery centers, private practices and innovative medical device companies; giving them the ability to take a 360° view of their practices, patients and devices to improve patient safety, quality, and outcomes as well as financial profits.

Qualitee 360 applies analytical insights to understand the complete patient experience and gain the knowledge necessary to improve.  The company takes a multidisciplinary approach in abstracting and analyzing clinical data to glean insights and interpretations.

Who We Are

We aim to provide practitioners with an overview and reliable data to effectively manage the patient’s care and guarantee their safety. We also venture to introduce an innovative approach for medical device manufacturers to enhance their efficacy and competitiveness in the healthcare market.

We help harness real-world analytical insights from longitudinal data to offer healthcare providers and manufacturers a comprehensive and comparative outlook on patient parameters locally and globally, empowering them to make well-informed choices, improve device commercialization, patient outcomes, and provider profitability.

We aim to assist surgeons in achieving superior outcomes and improving patients’ quality of life while supporting medical device manufacturers in ethically capitalizing market share.

Our data is comprised of patient histories, device efficacy, and surgeon dependability.

Our Principles

Our vision is to see the world standardize the use of economized healthcare data that empowers providers to improve patient outcomes and safety across the broader healthcare industry.

Our mission is to provide disruptive thought leadership and an innovative example to follow in economizing healthcare data through programs, projects, and collaboratives.  This mission will improve patient outcomes and safety and encourage the development and use of structured and common data formats and the responsible sharing of evidence, research, and actionable results.

Our corporate strategy focuses on the safety and outcomes of patients and healthcare clients. We work with healthcare providers, medical systems, equipment, devices, pharmaceutical and other manufacturers, and others involved in the care of patients and healthcare clients. We accomplish this by working to create healthcare data, research, quality improvement, and informatics programs and collaborations.

Our Security

PSO Security – Qualitee 360 communicates with participating healthcare providers to determine what assistance Qualitee 360 may provide to ensure each participating healthcare provider conducts patient safety activities through the establishment of a Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES) that:

  • Designates a secure physical and electronic space for the conduct of patient safety activities within the participating healthcare provider,

  • Delineates what information should be collected and submitted to Qualitee 360

  • Delineates all steps necessary to clearly document when information is collected and submitted to Qualitee 360

  • Delineates when and how Patient Safety Work Product (PSWP) will be analyzed before such information is reported to Qualitee 360 to determine whether it is appropriate for reporting to Qualitee 360

  • Delineates when and how feedback concerning patient safety events shall be communicated by Qualitee 360 to the participating healthcare providers. PSWP is transmitted to Qualitee 360 by each participating healthcare provider via secure web, secure file transfer, or secure email.

If a participating healthcare provider has a technical reason that makes use of secure file transmission infeasible, Qualitee 360 will work with that provider on an alternative that still maximizes uniformity of data collection across participating healthcare providers.

  • Data Security Commitment – Qualitee 360 is committed to providing our clients a secure environment in which to collaborate with us and others.

  • We use HIPAA Compliant processes and procedures, ensuring that all technology solutions meet these rigorous criteria.

  • Qualitee 360 takes data security seriously and refines our data solutions in a “least needed data” state, removing PII, PHI, and HIPAA data from our systems unless individual fields are specifically needed for the data analysis.

  • We look forward to working with you and will be happy to speak with your security team and engage in any necessary assessments.

What is Clinical Quality Improvement?

A Qualitee 360 assisted quality improvement initiative that examines pathways of care to maximize the patient experience and effectiveness of surgical procedures. We use a multidisciplinary approach including surgeons, nurses, biostatisticians, and others who work on quality improvement projects to improve patient care before and after surgery.

The initiative assists in improving outcomes, identifying gaps in care, increasing return on investment, reducing external pressures, improving patient safety, and reducing complications after surgery.  The program includes:

Benefits of Working With a Patient Safety Organization (PSO)

Qualitee 360 is a Patient Safety Organization (PSO). As a PSO, we work with healthcare providers to help them improve patient safety and healthcare quality and encourage a culture of safety. PSOs analyze data voluntarily reported by providers and provide feedback aimed at promoting learning and minimizing patient risk. PSOs were created by the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 (the Act). The Act provide privilege and confidentiality protections to specific types of information developed when a provider works with a PSO, such as the data collected and reported to PSOs and the communications and feedback a provider receives from the PSO. The purpose of the Act was to encourage providers to work with PSOs to improve patient safety and to reduce the incidence of events that adversely affect patients. Strong privacy and confidentiality protections are intended to encourage greater participation by providers in the examination of patient safety events. By establishing strong protections, providers may engage in more detailed discussions about the causes of adverse events without the fear of liability from information and analyses generated from those discussions.
