    Kevin D. Jackson

    Kevin is the Founder, Managing Partner & CEO of Qualitee 360, LLC. When founding Q360, Kevin was an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a reputation for delivering results to technology and service-based teams, programs, and companies. He is the former CEO of Surgical Momentum, where he helped develop the operational model and approach to supporting Quality Improvement activities.

    Dr. Jennie Ward-Robinson

    Jennie is recognized globally as a transformational leader and is known for engaging diverse interests and stakeholders to produce sustainable and systemic solutions to improving the quality of life for populations nationally and globally. With over 20 years of executive leadership, Dr. Ward-Robinson has served as Chief Executive Officer in small to medium organizations within for profit, nonprofit, and multilateral entities.

    Dr. Sonal Seth

    Sonal is the Managing Director of Analytics and Optimization, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Holding a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Six Sigma Green Belt certification, she is proficient in Python, MATLAB, GAMS, SQL, and R. Sonal specializes in applying advanced optimization, statistical modeling, and machine learning to deliver actionable insights across diverse industries.

    Dr. Minal Jain

    Minal is a physician and Managing Director in Medical Affairs with extensive expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). She has led global Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and developed economic models across multiple disease areas, contributing to over 65 publications. With 15+ years of experience, Minal drives strategic insights that shape reimbursement decisions and influence the evolution of clinical practices.

    Dr. Rachel Carlton

     Rachel is Qualitee 360’s Clinical Coordinator. She has been a nurse practitioner for almost 15 years, holding national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and currently practices in the urgent care setting. Dr. Carlton is a college professor, teaching nurses at the graduate and undergraduate levels for the last decade. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University, focusing on evidence-based practice and organizational change.

    Dr. Eric Heidel

    Eric is Qualitee 360’s lead biostatistician. He is an Associate Professor of Biostatistics in the Department of Surgery at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Heidel has over 70 peer-reviewed publications and over 130 published abstracts. He specializes in biostatistics, epidemiology, psychometrics, research design, survey instrument creation, website development, surgical simulation, and medical education.

    Sheri McQuarrie

    Sheri, Managing Director, is responsible for ensuring that Qualitee 360 meets clients’ expectations and delivers on its commitments. She formerly served as Vice President of Client Services for Surgical Momentum. Sheri builds high quality relationships with clients to learn their business and clinical challenges so that they receive maximum return on investment when working with Qualitee 360. In her life before Qualitee 360, she worked in the hospitality industry where she delivered service and solutions to hotel partners that allowed them to increase their competitiveness and profitability.

    Toschia Walker, RN

    Toschia Jackson Walker is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in government, public and private healthcare. She currently serves as a Quality Analytics Manager. In the past, she has provided nursing in the areas of: Management, hospital systems, occupational health, managed care, home care, and corporate health.

    Lee is a Solutions Engineer who heads up Software Development and the technical processes and communication between the leadership team, software production team, and to provide his systems architecture knowledge and experience surrounding development, data integrity and cyber-security.

    A professional coder with over 30 years of experience. Specializing in full stack development, Chris is responsible for the technical design, development, and deployment of SaaS applications leveraging cloud platforms using best practice architectures and design patterns.
